D. Nicholas Stutzman - Vice President
Nick was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Columbus, Georgia. He is a graduate of Columbus High School, Columbus State University (B.S.) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D.). Nick is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar.
He currently practices law with Hudson, Nicholson & Ray, LLC. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, wills, probate, contracts, small corporate entities and land disputes. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and GRECAA.
Nick spends his free time with his family and coaching his sons' youth baseball. He is proud to serve as Vice President of The Brent Schoening Strikeout Leukemia Foundation, Inc., as well as President of The Brent Schoening Memorial Scholarshp Fund, Inc. and on the Muscogee County School District Business Education Advisory Board.
He is the honored recipient of the 2008, 2009 & 2010 Ledger-Enquirer Readers Choice award for Attorney and was named one of the "5 Under 40" by Columbus and the Valley magazine in 2010.
Nick is married to the former Tracey Tillman and they have one son, Chandler. They are members of First Baptist Church in Columbus.
Jonathan Smart - Treasurer
Jonathan Smart, a native of Columbus, Georgia, is a 1995 graduate of Columbus High School and a 2000 graduate of Union University in Jackson, Tennessee where he earned a B.S. degree in Sports Management and Marketing.
Jonathan currently provides insurance as an agent with The Jimmy Smart Allstate Agency in Georgia and Alabama with his office located in Columbus, Georgia. His agency focuses on Home, Auto and Life insurance. He is a member of the Greater Columbus Georgia Young Professionals, a charter member of the National Society of Agents for Consumer Education, was awarded the Property Claims Law Specialist designation in 2005, is an affiliate member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, a lifetime member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.
Jonathan is an avid golfer as well as a motorcycle enthusiast. He is proud to serve as Treasure of The Brent Schoening Strike Out Foundation, Inc. as well as the Vice President of the Brent Schoening Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. and as Tournament Director of the annual Birdies 4 Brent Memorial Golf Tournament. He is married to the former Natalie DiBon of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they have one son, Coulter.
William Russell Nolen - Secretary
Rusty Nolen is a Product Manager for Glaxo Smith Kline. He is responsible for managing two pharmaceutical products in Dermatology and Pediatrics. Since joining the pharmaceutical industry, Rusty has received several awards including the 2006 Founders Club Award and the 2007 Home Office Hero Award.
In 2000, Rusty graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in English and went on to be a high school English teacher and coach. In 2004, he received his Masters of Science degree in Business Management from Troy University, and has since been working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Raised in Columbus, Georgia, Rusty now lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife, Treva and their daughter, Grayson. He is proud to serve as Secretary of The Brent Schoening Strike Out Leukemia Foundation, Inc. Rusty enjoys watching college football, playing tennis and working out.
